Added shebang so that the script will launch by just typing its name, and did: %s/constTable/constIdTable/g on engine/fasparser.py

Great! Thanks for the changes. For README.md(since repo's username differs), I'll change and push it.

ps. FYI I'll make this as a package form in next push.
