Swimat does not appear in the Xcode 12 editor menu

What is the issue After installing Swimat and making sure it was enabled in the System Preferences > Extensions menu it does not show for me in the Editor menu in Xcode 12.2 (or any other menu).

Expected behavior Swimat should show in the Xcode Editor menu.

Desktop:

• OS: macOS 11.0.1 (20B50)
• Xcode Version 12.2 (12B45b) (App Store)
  • Swimat version 1.7.0 (21)

Additional context

• Swimat shows up just fine in System Preferences > Extensions
• I previously had Xcode installed via a manual download from Apple Developer and it wasn't working so I deleted it and installed from the App Store and it still didn't show up.
• It used to be working when I was using Xcode 11.
• I have tried restarting Xcode and restarting my Mac.
• I have tried deselecting and reselecting Swimat in the Extensions System Preferences pane and then opening Xcode.
• Tried the register command suggested in https://github.com/Jintin/Swimat/issues/212

Not sure what fixed it, but now it started showing up
