[SG-1000] Tank Batallion not working #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tried to load game, loads up but wont start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The game will not let you 
past intro screen

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? SVN 
r867

So far,every other game loads right except this one

That game works fine, tested with the ROM released by SMS Power (CRC:5CBD1163)

Note that this game needs specific hardware emulation and must be recognized by 
internal database.

So if the ROM has been modified and has wrong CRC, it won't be recognized and 
needed hardware won't be emulated.
