Would it be possible to add Ustealth support to Genesis Plus GX?

Essentially, it hides the drive from the Wii U section so you don't get a 
screen asking you to format. However, apps in the vWii mode need to support it 
in-order for the USB drive to work.

As far as I understand, you only need to recompile the emulator with a modified 
libfat, there is nothing I can "add" in Genesis Plus GX itself.
