Input is still laggy #616

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play any platformers like smb1 (all star)or games with precise timing
2.jump/run etc
3.gameplay is still weird compared to real snes or snes9x windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-The expected is responsive controls, instead, turns out to be a little heavier 
and slower than other emulators

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

-Latest Wii version (4.2.5)

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

-official build from downloads page

Please provide any additional information below.

-Using original video mode(no filters), NTSC-U, CRT TV, rom checksum good, 
tested with Classic Controller Pro, Wiimote and NGC Controller

Is there any way we could revert back to an earlier version where we didn't 
have this issue?
