Add environment variable KEYMAP for configuring specific keymaps on console #30

I have defined an environment variable KEYMAP that can be set, for example, with KEYMAP=fr-latin9 to have an AZERTY keyboard layout in the console. I believe it is unnecessary to allow changing the keymap on demand at each boot. I think no one will type their password in AZERTY and occasionally in QWERTY.
