VxWorks support should be upgraded to 6.x #19

PocoCapsule 1.0 and 1.1 support VxWorks 5.x out-of-the-box. It is desirable
that this support could be upgraded to VxWorks 6.x, especially for new
features introduced after 1.2. 

Target for 1.3
