Java Error #4

I opened the run.bat and the following error appears on the console:

"Exception in thread" main "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: localhost / 127.0.0.1: 58585"

I think it's some problem in my pc localhost or internet. I opened the port 58585 on my router but still get the error, maybe I'm failing at something. You need to have open the cs go when execute the run.bat? Greetings and successes :)

You need the driver running and started completely before running the controller.
