black screen in start charlatano 1.0.6.bat #450

I'm having a problem using Charlatano. Whenever I try to open it, the CMD is simply black, and no message appears, so ... It does not work. Here's a print of the only thing that happens: http://prntscr.com/gzmue3 I already installed JAVA again, and did Build again

lol watch the video first then post any issue. If cmd is black no message appears then it is working.
