rcs issue #651

After i kill someone using rcs it shakes and moves mouse a bunch looks very obvious and also is annoying to play with ive changed things in my config and nothing helps

@Primeknight19 How to disable it with the pre-built cheat ? i've tried everything here honestly

Go to this location Charlatano-master\build\Charlatano 1.0.8\settings\Scripts.kts

Change the line ENABLE_RCS = True to ENABLE_RCS = False @jackychan1337
