It also happened with me. Apparently sometimes the program has some difficulties on working. What I generally do is close and open overwatch and also the program several times in the most lunatic order.

没有国产的opencv外挂效果好，但是国产的要用u盘给我整不会了。以后有时间自己优化一下

Probably something that on a pc restart the pc has trouble figuring out what java Version to use or sth different i can only assume...
