installer won't run on my pc #240

pls help me JIT help 2 JIT I was following the video guide but some parts are outdated so I did some configuring and got the directories to be the same, and when I tried to run the install-interception.exe these things pop up. And yes, I am running CMD in administrator mode.

Since I'm Korean I can't find eng version of this, so use translator and follow its guidance
