Add WRF namelist.input editor #12

The original WRF domain wizard generated namelist.input. It would be a nice addition to generate this file and allow users to edit it.

There are three spelling mistakes, for example: in file src/js/utils/namelist.wps.js this.share.wrf_core = 'AWR'; this.share.wrf_core = 'ARW' may be right.

@andrewsoong , thank you for reporting the mistake. In cases when you find something new like this, it is better to create a new issue rather than reporting it in a comment. I created issue #24 from your comment and it has been fixed.
