It's not quite as correct - it's not always searching on the right field. For example, "n/a"
has 3 entries as identifier, but 16 results appear when you use it as a query string. Granted, these aren't the most interesting results - the ones that are actually DOIs are - but it's unpleasant that the counts in the table don't match those in the search results.
Is a good point. We could add monitor.dc:identifier.id.exact as a prefix to the query, so
monitor.dc:identifier.id.exact:[doi]
as the query string.
