Feature/rdss 943 jenkins update missing job #110

This issue is to generate a file that contains all the missing entries for documentation on the model. The generated file is produced by the travis job that also produces the markdown and diagrams. (JISC Task originally called for a jenkins job)

Also added in a .gitattributes file to avoid merge conflicts on the pull request that arise due to the generated pdf files.
