As a Data creator

I want Widespread use of unique IDs for people and organisations So that I don't have to keep up with correct/canonical names changing all the time, particularly for organisations and individuals' email addresses

Identifiers are a key component of the MVP (and data model)

IDs for person entity and organisation entity are included in the properties of each.
