Dataset properties: citation #56

Note for future citation functionality: We need citation to be displayed in the record: does the model need a field to record citation details (they are coming from a sub-set of the object’s metadata)?

Citations should be constructed from fields already in the data model. This would be a good use case to test as early as possible.
