accessType: Categories need to be explained. Gradation of categories should be renamed or re-order at least. ‘Restricted’ suggests more restrictive than ‘controlled’. In Cambridge we use the following categories - we can provide guidance on this and definitions: Open Registered/Requested Safeguarded Restricted (closed is not a good term - what’s the point of storing and preserving something if it is to be ‘closed’?)
