Rights metadata #69

All metadata fields are compulsory. Is Statement and Holder auto-populated?

There are two issues here.

  1. Yes, at some point the population of these fields could (and probably should) be automated within the Research Data Shared Service.

  2. With regard to the cardinality of the properties of Rights, these can be relaxed to be more in line with how they appear in the UKRDDS profile.

Feedback suggests rights should be mandatory in the data model. Automation can be constructed to ensure prepopulation.
