7 years ago Discussion of whether embargoes should be included in this vocabulary. The consensus in the room is that it should not and embargoes should be handled by additional statements and workflows affecting group access controls defined over time periods. This is not a simple decision and should be reviewed by pilots and vendors, based on use cases and experience.

Six levels or indicators were discussed. The core set taken from Bristol University have been added to, with a change in term to reflect severity of limitations to access. This is fine so long as the various semantic meaning between terms as used by pilots is mapped.
