Better Pipeline.remote_name handling #26

This PR brings https://github.com/artefactual/archivematica-storage-service/pull/267 to JiscRDSS. It includes a number of backward-compatible changes that allow to set the pipeline's remote name using a full URL like https://host:port instead of just host:port.

Related: https://jiscdev.atlassian.net/browse/RDSSARK-256. It depends on #25.

I've rebased the branch onto the latest codebase suggested by #25.
