You can verify that the file has created with the following commands:

docker-compose up -d --no-deps --force-recreate archivematica-mcp-server
docker-compose exec archivematica-mcp-server cat /var/archivematica/sharedDirectory/sharedMicroServiceTasksConfigs/processingMCPConfigs/defaultProcessingMCP.xml

@lower29, you ran into this issue. Let me know if the fix works for you!

We've been testing this today and it works. @mamedin deployed it in AWS (using aws/machine deploy method) and Justin gave me his ok - he is away from his keyboard right now.
