Problem: automated workflow isn't available #15

HEIs want two workflows for research data: automared and interactive. This pull request suggest to include a new automatedProcessingMCP.xml (in addition to defaultProcessingMCP.xml). The configuration may be edited from the dashboard.

The channel adapter can use /api/processing-configuration/<name>/ to download the processing configuration document and include it in the transfer. See https://github.com/JiscRDSS/rdss-archivematica-channel-adapter/issues/16 for more details.
