Follow-up to #68 (job email report) #69

This is a follow-up to https://github.com/JiscRDSS/archivematica/pull/68.

It's meant to be squashed. I've just submitted the commits separately so its title can point to the motivation behind the change. I recommend to read it commit by commit so it's useful. If you look at the diff in this PR then you're going to miss a lot of the details I suppose.

Last messages for email summary have been added to the migration in 151e207. Needs a further review please.
