feat: add ru locale #7

Hi! I added ru locale. Can you add this locale to your app? We will test it and will make new PR with fixes if needed.

Btw, 3 lines are not translated:

newPartner: { title: 'New partner for ', next: 'Create another partner', existing: 'Existing Person' },

It would be nice if you can translate these lines too 😀
