Please upload the following
settings.xml
PVservice.log
and one of your SunnyExplorer.csv inverter output files.
Please use the "Attach a file" (paperclip) link to upload the files.
This is clearly a locale / dateformat issue. The csv file will provide the date
format details.

I have made a change in the current test version that I hope will solve the
problem. I cannot verify that it fixes the problem as I believe it is
associated with the "Culture" settings on your PC. I have set the Sunny
Explorer date conversion to "InvariantCulture". I am hoping this will solve
your problem.
This version will be released soon, probably as 1.7.0.0.

GREAT Dennis and GREAT PVBC !!
The version 1.7.0.0. works and has solved the problem.
Now remains only one small problem:
after run once PVBC, probably this currupted SunniExplorer.sx2 that cannot be
running again.
I must created a new SunniExplorer.sx2 again.
The error is:
System.FormatException in
SMA.Data.Xml.Transformation.XmlTotWhOutItem.Read(XmlReader reader)
String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
When I have a new SunniExplorer.sx2, the PVBC runs again!

The user corrected the problem by running the PVBC Service as SYSTEM rather
than LOCAL_SERVICE
