issue if there are)

Please upload your settings.xml file with the issue. This answers many
questions I would otherwise need to ask.

Please provide any additional information below.

this is a new install on a spare laptop designated for monitoring and has no
inbuilt bluetooth.
Dick Smith 100m bluethooth dongle with Bluesoleil software is working to
connect to the inverter via sunnyexplorer.exe but no change of time for
Sunnyexplorer.sx2 and no new data added in database when beancounter is
running. If I exit the bluesoleil software it will start again when beancounter
tries to fire up sunnyexplorer.exe

Dennis

don't worry about this issue anymore as it must have been a hardware issue.
The old laptop mentioned with the Dick Smith Bluetooth dongle is destined for
recycling...

IMO DS Bluetooth dongles with Bluesoleil software and driver are just a big
no-no.

Found another old Laptop with inbuilt Bluetooth and it works a treat.

I am pleased it is sorted.

I have had other users who had trouble with Bluesoleil drivers and / or
hardware.

I found that the relatively cheap (small) belkin usb bluetooth unit is easy to
install and reliable.

Hi Dennis

would it be possible to disable the temperature from Current Cost as it is
irrelevant IMO

I have provided this option in the latest version (at your request). This is
still in early testing and is failing (not due to the temperature changes).
When 1.5.0.7 or later is released, this feature will be available.
