my toucpad and keyboard doesn't work internet doesn't work windows some app doesn't work like control panel settings and more fix this

this script shuts down unnecessary services and edits the registry, control panel does not start because nvidia display is off, just start it and it will work again.

there are no problems with the other things you listed in my script, it doesn't touch them.
