Story actions are not running after the first plot #3

I am able to execute the code. I have added my own custom actions to the bot. But the the bot stops executing actions after the 1st plot in the UI. The same story is executing correctly in rasa x. I believe there is some issue with the front end code. can you please help me on this. ch.sairam1988@gmail.com
