Wrong README info #180

The README file states that to use this plugin you must add NPCLib as a dependency. (README>Developers>Usage>SecondOption) However, this is not the case, as the name of the plugin is NPCLibPlugin since e0752c5d7e84c2880211677bb2b41be522b9d591

Seems a little obvious once you run /plugins, but I'll fix it.
