What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open your weapon inventory.
2. You pick up some new weapon.
3. You open your inventory again, the repair script detects no reason to update.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New weapons should be added to skill lists when picked up, and their repair
lists should be set.
