Reporting don't have the same structure each time

I have an issue with my reporting.

• reporting for alignment results, area or height
• MSDial version 4.24

few time, my report present lot of column for each compounds (Alignemtn ID, Average RT, Average RI, Quant mass, Metabolite name, Fill %, [...]) > 28 columns of informations by compounds

other time, the report is very limited (Alignment ID, Average Rt, Quant Mass, Metabilite Name, Total score) > 5 columns of informations

I use the same MSDial method (log the mt2 file), export exactly with the same way.

What is the issue here ? Thanks for your help,
