Hovering effect for all components #245

Issue Description

There are no hover effects for buttons and links.

Steps to Reproduce

Adding the required css hovering effects.

Expected Behavior

The cursor should change to pointer when hovered.

Actual Behavior

The cursor is not changing and hover effect not observed.

@mythri1010 Assigning issues to contributors works on first come first serve basis. In most of the cases, the one who wrote the issue will get that particular issue assigned. Only if the original author of the issue is already working on many issue other contributors would get that issue.
