[UPDATE]: Contact Us page #443

Issue Description

The contact page doesn't have sufficient content and forms to take feedback. The UI is just adequate.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Contact Us page.

Expected Behavior

The Contact Us page needs a better UI to get feedback.

Actual Behavior

The Contact us page doesn't have any forms or inputs. It should have a form containing a name, message, and email for feedback.
