Collapsible sections in API reference #3

All sections in the API reference should be collapsible.

This is easy to do using Bootstrap's collapse class. However, the position of the buttons is usually were the anchors are currently. We could move the anchors to the right side of the headers, similar to how it is in the MSDN docs: image

I don't actually think this is necessary because of the links in the affix.

Done for namespaces in Jjagg/MonoGame@8463efa535b3f3cf98a2759fd3fa87423cf32323 Should be easy to do for everything else now :)

I removed the detailed affix links and opted for collapsible sections instead.
