Irregular 'View Source' position in API reference #8

The View Source | Improve this Doc links in the API reference are not always padded by the same amount. Makes for an inconsistent look.

This was because of some hacky tricks in the default docfx template to get anchors right. Fixed in Jjagg/MonoGame@5bea9b4c13b8b379ab8ff52fedcfb2fe775d045c and Jjagg/MonoGame@9e81a25b3ee9868388884da573d058a352216317.
