Add a boss fight to the tutorial level against a scrapyard robot.

General features:

[x] Fight starts upon getting close
[x] Health bar
[ ] A weak point to be hit with lasers
[x] Slowly follows the player

Attacks:

[x] Lasers (blockable ranged)
[x] Buzzsaw spin (unblockable melee)
[x] Homing missiles (unblockable ranged)
[x] Shoot hermit crab shells (blockable ranged, drops laser scrap)
[ ] Swinging head "get off me" attack (unblockable melee)

Leaving those last two tasks blank for now for the sake of scope. I'll make another issue for boss fight improvements later.
