introduction in user guide not thorough, target users not specified and the value proposition is reduced to one line. introduction itself is very short, only a few lines long. attached screenshot from module website for reference

We agree that we could have stated the target user clearly as it is currently missing. However, our team feels that the one line for the value proposition is sufficient, as it captures the main essence of our program clearly, and the last line also states that our program is used for recipe management task, hence we feel that the severity only classifies under low.
