Adding Ingredients to recipe ignores duplicated ingredients, only accepts last ingredient added

when adding ingredients to a new recipe, repeating the same ingredient several times with different quantities results in only the last quantity being accepted rather than all the quantities being summed up despite being for the same ingredient

Team's Response

While a valid concern, we have decided to mark this as more of a documentation bug, since we believe this confusion could have been prevented if we had clearly stated it in the UG. Additionally, we believe the severity should be of medium instead, since the user is still able to add the ingredients in, and we think that it is a valid assumption that the user would intend to indicate each ingredient only once under normal usage.

Also, the user is still able to key-in values for the ingredients without any error. We will implement this in future iterations of our product.
