Database Error #2

ProQuiz V2
A Quiz Apart.
Database Error
Message:    MySQL Query fail: SELECT * FROM test__contents WHERE `name` = 
'index_contents'
MySQL Error:    Table 'programs_datatest.test__contents' doesn't exist

Script: /ProQuizv2b/

I am using Linux operating system and Proquiz 2.0 . 
All tables are present but still i am getting these type of errors on every 
page ...
pls help...

Finally i re-installed to another database and its workin fine.
Thanks for such the script

Thank You For Pointing Out the Problem.While Typing the Database Table's Prefix 
Please Dont append an _ (underscore) .

Because the system adds an underscore too...
