Update Manager Link with Latest Action Build #56

The issue which I've referred in #55 is resolved in the latest Action Builds. Update the manager link with the Latest one. https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-manager/actions/runs/10081643699/artifacts/1736287261

The link in the README.md has been updated to that for the last 20hrs. A workflow checks every 10 minutes for a change so it would update if there was a change.
