Mechanized Mining (1840) is unlocked but not Hot Blast (1836)
Railroad Tech / Inventions are duplicated
Regenerative Furnaces / Drilling and Blasting have broken tooltips and no inventions
Prophylactics has NullNationalValue in its requirements (probably a combination bug, this issue may be on other techs too)

This is a broader issue with tech implementation which we don't seem to have decided how to move forward with yet. @JmanThunder did you have any plans for this?

To fix the issue with Mechanized Mining being known without Hot Blast we're going to have to edit a bunch of country histories. It might be a while until I get to it if someone wants to work on it. It happened because of the different ways HPM and HFM handle metallurgy techs.

I'm currently working on the other bullet points.

The Find + Replace has created multiple instances of hot_blast in the 1861 tech files but I don't think this is worth fixing since we don't use this anyway. That said, if anyone wants to refactor this be my guest.
