Automate build for validating PRs #7

Following #5, contributing to this plugin and maintaining compatibility with new versions of IntelliJ would be much easier if we could automatically run the verification as a GitHub action.

I'm not 100% sure on how to do this, but I think we can use one of the below projects to accomplish this:

I'll try to get around to this at some point soon, but if anyone has any experience with this and wants to pick this up in the meantime, please feel free!

Fixed plugin PR build in #26. Will create a new issue for automating release based on tags or some release branching strategy.
