Consider make a higher-level query based upon the get_relations function (and possibly the get_between function) that will tell a recruiter how to get introduced to people he wants to meet. It'll probably be something like "find all the people that follow me and are followed by my target group." Really, a recruiter would often want an introduction to the FOLLOWERS of some group that they're interested in because there are a lot more followers and they wouldn't be the high dollar rock start.
An introduction function should also take into account if the users are already following the recruiter who wants an introduction. You also need to explain the answer that comes back - e.g. "Look to @JnBrymn for introductions because 40 of your target group follows him."
