Make sure to transfer any metadata during id/screen_name conflict resolution #35

Whenever I resolve a id/screen_name conflict the metadata is dropped - most notably the timestamps for friend/follower/hydration - this causes them to be reprocessed (friend/follower/hydration) the next time they're needed.
