Icon error on file with .msc extension #103

I have found another bug [confirmed on win7,win8.1]. FP seems to have some problems to handle/load specific icons:

  1. Open %windir%\System32
  2. Try to add for instance diskmgmt.msc (http://vvcap.net/db/AJZ7iePqBChOvEfinqWg.htp)
  3. While trying to add you get this: http://vvcap.net/db/RGfU-QZ-3Oc6jMl5rYAq.htp

If you then try to open the menu, it doesnt work anymore: http://vvcap.net/db/tVRMc7k-Qkt6CB7rWVLs.htp -> delete the faulty entry and everything is fine again.

Fixed in v3.9.5. Also improved error management around menu icons.
