Leaving the F, G, S and C letters free to let user select menu items by their first letter.

Not necessary anymore because in v4.9.9.1 removed menu shortcuts in main menu to let user select menu item by their name first letters.

Shortcuts were: &Special Folders Current &Folders &Groups of Folders &Clipboard &Recent Folders ~1~ &Settings &Add This Folder S&upport Freeware!
