Support for Total Commander #52

Any chance of adding Total Commander for the supported file managers? If yes, you could control them via command-line parameters, see http://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php/Command_line_parameters#Parameters:

Done in v3.3 (actually in beta test phase)
