Add TC Hotlist menu #88

Menu name: "TC Directory hotlist" Position: Before "TC windows / Explorer". Content: read C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\GHISLER\wincmd.ini (reg: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ghisler\Total Commander -> IniFileName) under [DirMenu]section “cmdX=” lines and process only those with “CD” commands. "menuX=" contains the name for "cmdX" menu name starting with "-" is a submenu of current menu

See if it is the same as this in FolderMenu

See: http://foldermenu.sourceforge.net/ Total Commander Menu Folder Menu can read the Dir Menu of Total Commander, you can also use TC Menu as main menu.
