Reverse All Bets #5

Reverse the All bets and sort it from Oldest => Newest, instead of Newest => Oldest. And Possibly only display the first 10 bets, with Next and Previous buttons to navigate through the remaining bets.

I've managed to work on all the core features, so please if you want to work on this, use the latest push.
